How to react when a prospect ends a sales meeting saying they need to think the offer through

This a frequent way the prospect rejects the offer without saying it openly. Saying that they need to think about the proposal is a sign for many business people that the deal will fall through and they consequently resign themselves to it. Ideally, what should you do when the prospect says this at the end of a meeting?
